Disk Not Populating Patient's Name

If you are trying to burn a disk and the patient's name does not burn on the disk properly, check these settings to see if it is configured properly:

Click the Configure button, then go under the "Records Fields" tab. Make sure "PatientName" is checkmarked and press Apply.

Go to the General Tab, then click the link "Templates Directory" at the bottom. Double click to open the file "DefaultTemplate"

Double click the CD picture. Find the tag {PatientsName1} and change it to {PatientName1} removing the "s". There should not be any tags with an "s" after Patient.

Repeat this process with the Multi-StudyTemplate within the Templates directory.
